I’m Back!! Anyone Miss Me?

Woo hoo !!! I’m back online again. Anyone misses me? . I guess not. Anyway, my blog is back online and ready to rumble again .

What happen was that my old web hosting provider, MERCUMAYA.NET suddenly gave me alot of problems. One of the problem (major problem) was that they suspended my account even I’ve followed their instructions on how to solve the problem.

The problem was that someone “Digg” a file from my blog and the file became very popular. It reaches to the Top In All Topics.

It’s not only that. Everytime I called them (actually I think there is only 1 person), he talks like he is talking to himself. Sometimes he doesn’t even answer me when I asked a question.

He said he’s going to refund my money back. I’ve given my account details and lets just see how long will he take to refund.

And now I’ve shifted my blog to Exabytes. Hope that I’ve made the right decision of shifting my blog and Yeevon’s blog here.

The first thing I know about Exabytes was that they have a customer service girl who was so polite but she spoke a little too soft. But that’s ok, as long as they provide a satisfactory service for my blog, I shall respect them.

Back to my live, my dad is back at home now. Actually my dad has admitted to the hospital for the 3^rd time already. I have previously mentioned that my dad admitted to hospital twice but the 3^rd time was because he pulled the PEG tube all by himself in the middle of our sleep.

My life changed. I felt like grounded at home because we have to watch my dad as he may pull the tubes (but now there are no more tubes for my dad to pull ).

I always feel like going out. Though Yeevon always come and find me, I felt sorry that I can’t be with her. Feel like going out with her. I need to relax.

Anyway, I seriously need to relax now. I am dead tired now. God bless us all and peace out.

hey Vortrack!! its good to get TOP!!! I think your account suspended due to your bandwidth limitation.. anyway its good man!! If you change to exabytes I think they will use the same way to you

No, it’s not because of the bandwidth limitation, it’s because my blog over used their CPU and memory limits.

I don’t know if it is a good thing but this just makes sick.

Why change to exabytes?

There are other better local web hosts with better deals and service.

Dunno why folks prefer to sign up with exabytes nowadays. -_-

I guess it is because of their advertising and since I’m finding new host, that’s why I chose Exabytes.

About your new host, I find their 24×7 is very responsive. My email gets answerd as if I’m chatting with them using IM. I have send my queries to their 24×7 support two times before… then I try to change ‘wind’ by sending my 3rd query to their other support team (they have many type of support like DNS support etc.) which never get answered after 2 days… then I send my query to the 24×7 support… wah, immediately they responded and told me the other support is not manned 24×7 tats y no reply

About their popularity, yes I think its because of their advertising drive… and their banner is kind of nice too

Since the service is good, I hope their server is good. I felt like I’m getting alot of disconnection. Might want to find out what’s wrong.

I have not used them before, but I heard much complaints from a fellow blogger http://www.tolanic.com/ about problems with his hosting - exabytes.

Also, having good advertisement does not necessarily means having a good service or product, it just means that they spent more or better resources on advertisements.

Yeah, it’s true. Good ads doesn’t mean service or product is good. Maybe I’ve not been really comparing with other host or read reviews from others.

Just see how well will it go. Thank alot for your info .

For this Exabytes, I’ve paid almost RM400 plus 2 domains for 1 year. I still remember the first host I pay RM200 for 3 years plus domain .

100GB web space
100GB monthly transfer

What does your current package offers?

I only get

10gb web space
50gb monthly data transfer

Mind if I know what host you are hosting?
