I’ve started collecting decks recently. Not those ordinary decks, which came free from buying beers or what so ever, these are some nice custom decks made by a few deck manufacturers. These decks were from Ellusionist and Theory11.

My Collection of Decks from Ellusionist and Theory11- Back

Most of the decks were came from my cousin because he’s going to US soon. So he gave me some of his collections to me and I start addicted to them. And another reason was that one of my “client” who was also a magician, she posted a video of her deck collections on her YouTube channel and I start interested on the decks. I’m not a magician but I do know a few tricks.

Black Cards from Ellusionist

These are the coolest decks I’ve ever had because they are black. Not just the box were black in colour, the cards itself are black.

Bicycle Black Ghost

Here’s the example of black cards. The one I’m showing was the latest deck from Ellusionist, Bicycle Black Ghost - Second Edition. Why do I have to say it’s the second edition? Because the first edition were never sold and it’s only given away as a gift. The first edition was sold on Ebay at the price of USD450 for a deck.

Bicycle Vintage 1800 Series and Bicycle Rider Back

Comparing the Old and the New

They look old but actually they are not. They designed it that way. The designer for this deck were so great that everytime when I hold the deck, I thought it was a very old deck. Look how old they are. It looks like it was dug out from an ancient time.

Decks from Theory11 - Bicycle Guardians, David Blaine - Split Spades: Lion, Bicycle Centurions

These decks are from Theory11. Thought their box was black, but their cards were not. For the David Blaine - Split Spades: Lion, I really love it. It has alot of mysteries going on inside this deck of cards.

If you see the upside down Ace of Spades, you can see it’s actually a small letter D and B (db). That was his name, David Blaine.

SplitSpades - Stutzman

As you can see the Ace of Spades, the bottom which says SplitSpades and Stutzman, the designer of the deck.Superstitious - Blaine

And when you turn it upside down, you will see the word Blaine and the word Superstitious. Isn’t it cool? The designer were just impressive. I really like this deck alot for their creativity.

David Blaine - King of Spades

Illusion Joker from SplitSpades

Can you see David Blaine?

Bicycle Masters Edition and Bicycle Ghost from Ellusionist

The blue and the red Bicycle Masters Edition were the better quality of the Bicycle Rider Back. They have also changed the Ace of Spades to the eagle version. It was a very nice deck.

And last but not least, it’s also one of my first deck, my favourite deck, the scariest deck I’ve ever own, the Bicycle Ghost.

Bicycle Ghost Cards - Ace of Spades from Ellusionist

Everything about this deck is black, white and blood red. They are really cool and spooky, as you can see from the name itself, Ghost.

Each of the deck cost from RM10 to RM40. You can’t buy directly from the official website of Ellusionist due to our Malaysian Customs were really strict but it has no problem on Theory11.

So, how do I get some of these decks from Malaysia? I got them from either Magic Garage or The Magic Street. I would highly recommend this 2 sites if you want to purchase decks or other magician tools, gimmicks and videos.

Magic Garage actually has a public forum to discuss anything about magics, reviews of all the products and friendly people inside. They are really nice and people there as I’ve knew a few friends from there already.

The Magic Street doesn’t have any forum but their stuff there were a little cheaper.

That’s all for now. I’ve been inactive due to some reasons. One of the reason is because I hardly went out. But don’t worry, I’ll post interesting articles whenever I could. Thanks for reading my article, peace out.
