A new year means I’ll gonna be a year older. Going to take my “Golden Key” this year . Previously I’ve posted quite a few places to countdown like Mid Valley, One Utama, Sunway Lagoon and Sungei Wang. But in the end, I didn’t turn up in any of these places. Celebrating the New Year with Yeevon is the most wonderful thing. We actually went to celebrate at The Curve.

There were many people everywhere. In the end, we were destined to “lepak” at Colonial Times Restaurant. Not as many as the people at TGI Fridays, Laundry Bar, Scarlet Bar, Sanctuary Bar or Mystique Bar but at least we get to sit down and enjoy.

Every table there is a New Year Celebration Party set. We have already planned of buying a bottle of wine to celebrate like how we celebrated our 11^th month anniversary (from my old blog).

This white wine is call Hardy’s Quayside from Australia. Though it’s the cheapest there, but the taste was really smooth. A good wine . It is the cheapest around there. This bottle cost RM120++.

HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!

It’s been more than 2 weeks I ordered the Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon. What is this? This is actually an operating system like Windows but is based on Linux. And most importantly it is FREE !!! . But as you can see below, you will need to wait 4-6 weeks for the CD to arrive.

I ordered 2 incase anyone wants it. Since it’s free, why not? I felt like becoming a distributor . Nah, I’m not greedy. Just 1 for me, and another one give it to those who wants it. Just leave ur names on the comment box and we shall meet .

A little bit of the “sneak preview”. I think this OS has been out quite long if I’m not mistaken. See, I’m a low tech guy .

See how cool the effect is . Actually it’s main competitor now is the Apple’s Mac OS X Leopard. Both graffics are cool. Ofcourse 1 is free and 1 is not. I’m not going into details, I just want to share this free stuff to everyone out there.

Actually I’m not sure if I ordered the correct one as another website at Xubuntu says that they wont be shipping out free CDs as they are lack of fundings. And now I’m not sure what is the difference between Ubuntu and Zubuntu interms of their OS. All I know both running different platform. But I hope to have the same results just like the video .

Not really free to post anything in the afternoon as I need to bring my dad to see doctor (my dad is coughing badly ), and then fetch my mom to visit my grandma (she just came back from hospital ).

Well, just a short post. Not really in the mood to write. In the morning I went out with Yeevon to have breakfast. Decided quite long where to eat. In the end, we have our breakfast at Dome Cafe, The Curve.

She ordered a cup of Vienna Coffee while I ordered a cup of Hot Chocolate. I’m just drinking an over-charged MILO . Just kidding, it’s totally different taste.

Then she ordered a bowl of Caesar Salad while I have a plate of Cheese and Chicken Ham Croissant. Our breakfast cost more than RM50 . When I’m in a good mood, I’ll continue.

Continue from the previous post. Every year I’ve always been to One Utama to countdown. And this year I want something new. Or maybe countdown at home . Sunway Lagoon help a new year’s eve Beach Blast. If you like wet, here is the countdown place for you .

Who will be there to wet with you? Local indie band, The Deserters, Bittersweet, Aseana Percussion Unit, Adam & Natalie from Hitz FM, Switch MC, Gina Dootson, The Riley and Durrant.

This one is more expensive than the Mid Valley one. But you can get wet there, meaning you might get to “x-ray” something .

Sungei Wang does held a 2008 countdown event too. Street Party. Not as big as the MidZone or Beach Blast and most importantly it is their entrance fee which is free. Who will be there? Justin, Soler, Gary Chao, Daniel Lee, Yu Heng, Phoebe, Henley Hii, Orange Tan, Jerry Ooi, Winson Voon, JNK and Anthony Chang.

Hehe, stupid title I know. I’ve been using Google Adsense, Nuffnang and Advertlets. All doing quite well. And here comes the new advertising company call Nufflets. There are many advertising companies out there or should I say too many.

But I only choose to have a few. A few is enough, I don’t want my blog to be a night market (actually my blog is like a night market already ).

Will be trying out Nufflets. See if it is any better in gaining revenue . I always felt like Nufflets are combination of Nuffnang and Advertlets .
